hi Lulu, yes me too, its very upsetting but at least we can all have some empathy and try our best to help/direct those most vulnerable people to the help they deserve. my hubbys said you can all join us in our cottage holiday!! honestly if we could we would :#x1

Aww I’m good just knowing I have decent people I can chat with is great, we all have enough going on in our lives so it’s nice to have a bit of support and a laugh thanks to yous all xx1

@katho31, oh you sound so kind. We have been isolating for 14 weeks now because my husband is vulnerable, not been anywhere just the garden, I hope you have a wonderful holiday , I was hoping to go to Austria this year, that is where I was born , but am afraid that looks like it’s on hold. I like to go and put the candles on the graves for my mum, she used to go every year to do that before she died 19 years ago, so I like to do it for her.xx2

yes thanks I will , hopefully my hubby will get his scan and treatment sorted as soon as they allow him to go to the hospital. Xx1

yes it is Lou, i really struggled to ask for help until i discovered scope, really helpful forum x and Lulu you may still be able to go away later in the year, once july/august is over i think? im just having a slimming world prawn linguine, never had it before, its so filling, only managing half!! ive now lost over 2 stone since feb, needed to and its helping my knees when im standing, im proud of myself and ive not weighed since feb until last thurs, shocked to say the least x0

Oh a big well done Kath that’s great, Iv been trying to loose a bit but struggling past few weeks, Iv put on a few stones the last cpl years, I need to loose a stone before they will put me on list to get knees done ☹️0

yes its nice to know that we are really in the same boat, even though our conditions/living arrangements/partners etc arent quite the same, if that makes sense!! ive never done facebook, so this is my first online site, its very good mostly. me and hubby didnt meet till 6 yrs ago, we havent any childre, if we had met years ago we would have but hey wasnt meant to be and we are good x0

hey hey I’m on slimming world, wow Two stone that’s great, been weighing myself Cos I can’t go to class lost 10 pound in 8 weeks, normally have a solero lolly at 9pm, 5 Syns but run out? so might just have a bit of ice cream then a bag of Pom bears?1

Lou i wasnt even aware, hubby always says im beautiful!! bless, but think the stress of his cancer diagnosis at christmas and my mental health/fybromyalgia arthritis etc just got too much, i started drinking lots of bottled water when i wanted crisps/chips and he got us an airfryer from b and m, cheap but my god we cook bacon, chips, fish, chicken, chops so quickly and grease free x0
