My day has been a mixed one. As i am an early riser (6.00) i enjoy being able to catch up on any programmes i recorded. Although being disabled i like to get the breakfast ready even if it's only cereal plus tea ready to take my tablets. On Thurs my routine is my husband taking me shopping so i get exercise walking round the shops, then home have a rest while he puts the shopping away. Have a sandwich cup of tea then he takes me to my colouring club at the library. I go there 3 days a week. Sat is my knitting day and Wed is my craft day.0

Hi Teddybear12 Thanks for your comments. I try to stay cheerful and make myself useful even if i can only use 1 arm properly. I try to find things in the disabled section to help me, i can manage with the help of a steamer plus (not sure what it is called) an item to help me peel potatoes and make a dinner for us. Still have to learn how to fry an egg and cannot lift dishes out of the oven, will find something so l will keep looking. Hope you are O.K.0

A snowy good morning I'm hoping it thaws away today. I'm waiting for drs to ring, had a bad chest all week, right at the bottom of my lungs, been on steriods, still same.0

I hope you get well soon @Sandy_123
I managed to get a message to my doctor today, which is quite a tricky thing to do with my surgery at the moment, so am hoping to get some help whether it’s medicine or something else0 -
Good luck @66Mustang I'm hoping after 7 days of steroids the biotics kick in.1
-
How is everyone today, I hope you are better by now @Sandy_123
We have a cold going round the family at the moment, the 2nd one in less than a month0 -
Thankyou @66Mustang for asking, my lungs are a lot better after the antibiotics. It was pretty bad, keeping me up at night and wheezing. Sorry you've all got colds going around again. Vit c and zinc tablets I find wards one off quicker for me.0
-
Sorry to hear that @Sandy_123 but glad it’s a bit better now. A family member has an infection in the lung at the moment and it’s not nice at all.
Thanks for the tip I will do that, and also stock up on orange juice as well.0 -
Might need biotics for his lungs. Yeah orange juice has vit c, hopefully all feel better soon1
