Morning all, I used to enjoy night shifts when I use to fill in. Have a family roast today, be nice all round the table.0

Ha ha ha we always get back to Starbucks lol your walking and I was going to bed after a night shift you have young children then it's a lovely place to bring children up0

Ha ha lol its good though you live in a nice quite place but have a choice to go either way for noiser or quiter and then quite at home it looks realy nice your where you want to be by the downs of it0

I used to have all that sort of walks when I lived in crynant there is a fab walk that takes about two hours and there are eoid carvings along the way and you end up at the little hair lots of people came from different places the trainer in the photo is it a light Weight one I have just brought a pair of light Wright ones to try out0
