    That sounds delicious, @janer1967! I can't wait for an update on that. You might have to put the recipe here, once you've figured one out 🤩. I'm going to be having fish and chips tonight, which I'm already looking forward to.

    @Danielle_2022

    Not exact recipe but will be

    Onion
    Mixed peppers
    Courgette
    Chopped tomatoes
    Mixed herbs

    Put in oven and roasted for about 40 mins (I like my veg soft )

    Chicken thigh fillets will dip in beaten egg then coat in mix of breadcrumbs and stuffing mix and then put on top of veg mix to bake around 30 mins

    Oven 180

    Will take pic when it's done

    I'm making piri piri chicken with rice - hubby doesn't like the dry one so i make it as a sauce.

    Mm this is making me hungry!

    I think I'm going to make my own vegetarian breakfast wraps for tea tonight. I've heard Richmond vegetarian bacon is nice, so I'm going to see if I can get my hands on some :) I'll try and work some veggies in there somewhere!

    @Tori_Scope it was absolutely delicious 😋. I think it had breadcrumbs on the top of it. I got it from Iceland yesterday with a family member on special offer 2 for £5
