Love salmon steaks @Libby_Scope, I love to cook a whole salmon too if family over , stuffed with lemons butter and black pepper and salt, herbs.
I had the pie on its own as it has veg and meat in.1 -
Sounds divine @Sandy_123 lemon and fish go so well together. I think a whole salmon is such a nice thing to cook for a whole family - as everyone can dig in around the table and share bits and bobs.1

Hello everyone, Brummie Geoff here again. For me I have Plaice fillets and Wedges. Tomato Soup and bread as a starter, and one of my favourite Puddings. Shall I go for Swiss Roll and Custard or Sticky Toffee Pudding ? That's the dilemma.1

I'm being experimental today going to make my own ratatouille and make some coated chicken and roast potatoes

Not exact recipe but will be
Onion
Mixed peppers
Courgette
Chopped tomatoes
Mixed herbs
Put in oven and roasted for about 40 mins (I like my veg soft )
Chicken thigh fillets will dip in beaten egg then coat in mix of breadcrumbs and stuffing mix and then put on top of veg mix to bake around 30 mins

I'm making piri piri chicken with rice - hubby doesn't like the dry one so i make it as a sauce.
and ofcourse it's Friday so would be rude not to have a glass of wine with it ha ha0 -

I think I'm going to make my own vegetarian breakfast wraps for tea tonight. I've heard Richmond vegetarian bacon is nice, so I'm going to see if I can get my hands on some I'll try and work some veggies in there somewhere!1 -
