@bart70 thanks for that, it wasn't there yesterday when i looked. For those that want to report a missing payment the link is here. https://www.gov.uk/guidance/cost-of-living-payment#report-a-missing-cost-of-living-payment

It’s 3rd Oct and I haven’t had mine yet. I’ve just filled in a Gov.uk online form stating I haven’t had it so I’ll see if that gets a result. Don’t hold your breath!

@karenb3674 They are quite busy so might take a few days/weeks. I hope you have it soon.

I’ll repeat my point again to everyone else (not to you Karen), it’s pointless in phoning as it’s administered separately to normal payments and the call centre staff won’t be able to give accurate information. Save yourself the time and use the form.

I just checked my account and I still haven’t received the £150. I got my PIP as usual but no COL. I tried calling but all I got was a recorded message saying I will have it by the beginning of October!!! Very helpful!

The whole thing has been a joke from the start some have got it some haven't.

Then the ones who haven't need to report it to them when there computers should be telling them who is entitled to it. Its like a lotto and badly administered.

I too haven't got mine and should have got it. I was hoping the DWP would sort the shambles out this week.

So I fill in the form only be told "We will usually get back to you within 2 weeks, but this may take longer."

So again fobbed off with lengthy delays.

I highly suspected this would happen and to avoid being shamed by the media have just put out any statement that they have paid it when many haven't got it.

So on we go and just wait! Disgusting

I was so disheartened to fill in that form to then see……”2 weeks or longer”. Because of the way the DWP have gone on since the 20th trying to reassure people about receiving their money, I really did think this time it might happen, why wouldn’t it? They’ve said it enough. 2 weeks, I really wasn’t expecting that because of the emphasis DWP have made on how much people are struggling…2 weeks is a long time when you’ve been waiting since the 20th.x

I have also not received my payment, and like you all, I am a little disheartened feeling unforgotten, and having to wait 2 weeks or longer seems extreme x

@bg844, I filled the form in yesterday, fingers crossed all who are entitled get their money within the next two weeks! It’s been hard not to constantly be checking Google for any updates since the 20th, to then find it’s been paid out and those who haven’t received it let them know and wait two weeks. Just two more days till I can get a bit of shopping in! Then two weeks away won’t seem quite as long as it does now x

@juliegem, in a nutshell. It’s the feeling like you’ve been forgotten. I realise when reading it in black and white, it’s not just about the struggle and the need for money, it’s about being forgotten too.
Two weeks is extreme! Especially considering how important they have stressed this extra help is for people with disabilities.x

I still haven’t received it but I filled out the online form. I guess I’ll just have to wait another 2 weeks or longer. What a service!

Now one week on since they put that form up to report missing payments and hey presto still not in my account.
I double checked my award and was backdated to February this year (as took ages to sort). Read online many who got back dated for this period are facing nonsense like this. I have reported on that link last Monday and heard NOTHING back. So much for this government wanting to help the sick and disabled.
So angry now as everything seems to be a fight now and for some reason everyone else gets what they are entitled too.

So anyone any ideas how long  do I wait. That silly form said two weeks or as soon as possible. With soon as possible with dwp means who knows "when we are bothered".

So come next week does anyone know who I can escalate this too after submitting on that form?

I'm in the same boat. Mine started from March this year. Filled form out Monday and still nothing in bank. 1 week on. Not to sure when exactly we will get it. But I'm hoping soon.

It does sound they have a major issue with this scenario. It was them that took so bloody long to sort the award out. If they dare pull the trick well we only use data for that day trick will be straight to my MP

No I’ve had no reply to the form I submitted either. It seems that we don’t matter
