I agree the dwp has to agree of way to calculate this payment and probably is easiest to select a certain date and have records of live claims.
But I was in the same boat waiting over six months before they got off there backsides to process my claim and finally back date.
Yet again I'm the one that gets shunted because of there disgraceful administration and back log problems.
No doubt will eventually get it but is not going to be like some I've read on here been saying automatically by the end of this week.
The money will come but many many many need it now given Saturday is when everyone's energy costs go up and typical dwp saying it's helping disabled people when quite clearly very little help but stress is given by them.
All I'm doing is waiting until mid October and if not in my account then to phone them join the endless queue of people to be spoken too and ask where is it? But pointless expecting it now in days as they are utterly useless.

@userinfo1 I received my payment yesterday along with many other members. Further guidance will be published online for people who have not received their payment, still tomorrow when you might possibly receive it.

The details say "most people will be paid by early October" so it's not late yet and you haven't been missed. For the first CoL payment for those that didn't receive it you could report this online, so i'm sure that you will be able to do the same with this payment if you don't receive it.

I’ve been getting PIP for years now and I still haven’t had the £150. There seems to be no rhyme or reason as to how it’s distributed.0

I have read MANY have still not got and only a FEW have just started. It's ironic just called the Pip line automated message and clearly not changed it. Payments from 20th September still hammering on about which we know was nonsense....says payments made early October but come 3rd October if people not got to report it. Surely in anyone's time scale 3rd October many still will be without.
It's a total shambles and blaming the queens death for it just shows how low they go.0 -

Help for carers (albeit not much) can be provided to pension age carers through Pension Credit for those who qualify and claim it.1 -

The help is available through pension credit but you refuse to claim it. Again we continue to go round in circles on many threads.

People saying I got mine only makes others panic with not getting there's.0 -
Ours arrived this week, and now our Energy account is looking fairly healthy, whereas is WAS looking pretty dire. I think the DWP had to roll it out bit by bit, otherwise the Computer systems handling it would have just melted down. There is also all the Policy bits and the Civil Service work to make it happen, which all takes time.0
