I don't know if this would help as I haven't gone through a re-assesment myself yet but on the application would it help to just fload them with tons of info - getting really explicit and blunt about how just how you struggle but giving examples and how it impacts on you, somoene else suggested attaching your GP notes (you can download online or act them for a copy) wiht reports from counsellors, specialists, carers, friends/family who help you? Might reduce the amount of questioning if they are overloaded with infomation?

why I also think this will affect everyone on ESA contribution based it’s cause they haven’t said anything about any changes to a health assessment for those on ESA contribution based support group.

We are entitled to all test results. Subject Access Requests. Strangely they advise it could take 28 days to provide these and there might be a charge 🤔
I have photos of my spinal surgery.
Why are these things so restricted when they are about us?… hmmm1 -

How does the new daily living eligibility affect people with ongoing awards, I didn't get 4 point in any category, so I am a but concerned

That doesn't say for the support group on indefinite awards

My GP surgery appears to have lost all historical data (which I could previously view on NHS online). They say they haven't lost it but it's just that I can't view it.
So I've asked for a SAR. They said I have to present to the surgery myself with photo id (understandable) but if I don't do it within 28 days they will charge me £10.0 -
@MB8 very interesting I just assumed they were the same since I got over payment letters when it was their fault, but they were quoting some UC legislation meaning you have to pay it back even if its not your fault. I've been on mine since around 2020 ish, I'm in. Northern Ireland and I know the reforms took longer to pass here. I assume if my contribution based esa was "new style" my award notifications would have labelled it as such..

My partner gets daily living and mobility on Pip. If she loses daily living next year and keeps mobility (enhanced) I as her full time carer will lose Carers allowance.? If so it's a disgrace.

Hi, wonder if you can reply or know please? I am on 'light touch' with the end to my 'term' of ten years in 2028. I failed to get a 4 in one of my daily descriptors but am on the PIP enhanced rate as scored 3 on most of them. What I wanted to know is, should I tell them my health has declined further now, or should I wait for my review? I am one of the pensionable aged who got moved from DLA to PIP. Thank you.

I believe the other ESA, income based is being transitioned to Universal Credit, don’t know much about it. Maybe some one else can help regarding that.
Do you have 4pts for daily living in total?

MB8 I'm in the same position as you. I claim CB ESA and was given a 10 year award and put into the support group. All will become clearer in the coming days/weeks regarding this by the government. I'm just waiting to hear on how we'll be affected straight from the horses mouth, so to speak.
