We all have every right to be extremely cynical about this. If this was about help or even a good-faith albeit foolish attempt to get people back into work they'd bring in a raft of measures to support people, support employers, include practical measure and bring in rights and legislation to give more proection to sick and disabled but they're not. One thing I would say it don't forget recording is a two way process and and protect you too even though it's not the intension.

Yours is very similar to mine although I didn't get a pic but I will next time I see them face to face my appt Monday is on phone for some reason . Maybe they will try telling me it's just mild again.
Have they stated if it descends on yours and by how many mm ? My first MRI literally just said "early stage chiari type " second MRI said a whole lot more ,said it was 4mm ,and I had brain sag (matches the rest of the body currently 😂)

mine isn’t up till next year so due the dreaded form any time . I can’t remember which comment I replied to but most likely regarding someone having problems applying . Not sure how it will go next assessment for me as it’s close to the date of the new rules

I think best time to have a review is in the year preceding the change, as it will be on the old rules. Any existing awards at the change over date will be honoured.
I did see a article from a trash news media claiming there is already a crack down, there isnt, existing applications and reviews are still on the old rules.2 -
Its around 4-5mm.. i have the readings but its all on disc..Simply going from memory

That attitude is surely (in the very least) bullying, discrimination, breach of human rights?
UC reviewers are Civil Servants, trained by the book (which they have to work to in order to keep their own jobs).0 -

I imagine if I’m awarded it won’t be for long though . Last time she was knowledgeable of my conditions of which there are no cure. She ticked reassess in 2 years . Dwp actually increased it by 10 months . I’d like to know what criteria they curious for 10 year light touch as I’m in highest with conditions that can’t improve.

Mine to, mine ends Nov 26 just my luck

problem is their recording equipment can suddenly fail . I asked and dwp also asked for them to record mine over phone . They called me just beforehand to tell me the assessor didn’t have equipment and blamed dwp as they made the appointment which the dwp denied.

Well they can't dispute it then . I was put on topiramate that has helped with the pain my head .never a pain free day but some are more manageable

so you should get your form a good few months before that . You should surely be assessed under the current rules . Plus of course she may not get to implement the 4? Point rule yet

That was clear

Hope it's ok to say this.
I've noticed a change over the past couple of days - both in how I feel and also on this forum. Like many, I'm not embarrassed to admit I've been physically ill following the announcements and the worry of what might come.
Anger's not a good thing but it's needed sometimes to feel strong.
These reforms are not Law yet and there's a lot of strength going around now, including coming from my chair as I write this 😀0 -
Normally your review will start before end date, so hopefully it does for you, but they do currently have a back log which makes it less certain. I think it only needs to start before the cross over date, if I am right once review is started it will use the same rules all the way to the decision.
Also my review date was about a month before I actually received a letter, review form arrived late May, but my review apparently started in April.0 -
in my opinion/understanding
