Steven swinford of the times has just said on X
- Govt will also publish impact assessments for welfare cuts. They will show that 2m+ people will be hit, with a distributional analysis showing how many will be pushed into poverty. Will fuel backlash.

In response, I suppose we should ask, "Why don't you participate in the Olympics and receive a Nobel Prize if you are healthy?"

The only way to try and deal with this is day by day knowing alot going on in background even me miss clueless can see this is an absolute joke even holding impact report saying next week keeping us waiting for 8 months writing bogus consultation twice second trying to get media on board whoever is advertising them is not very intelligent at all they think thier well above the law well they are not how do they know could have lawyers consultants many many clued up people on pip if this way lwcra lwc I believe there's less on lwcra but pip it's claimants carers employers so so many people effecting so sit tight and watch what's coming you can push the people so far ps everytime you email mps it's logged so that's why mps inboxes are flooded which is a good thing keep flooding them this is a fight more of us than them

Has she voiced an opinion on all of this yet? I'm guessing because of her position she can't publicly criticise the policy.

Don't know if this has been asked already, the thread is very fast moving, for obvious reasons. These proposed changes that they want to bring in, for example, the 4 point scoring, scrapping WCAs, needing PIP for UC Health Element, needing to be 22 for PIP and UC Health Element. Would all of these, IF brought forward, need agreement from House of Lords as well as receive Royal Assent?

The I don't understand is every assessment I get points for different questions never stays same I did get 4 point daily living for face to face that be changing if this passes noting been passed
1 -
I understand you got your pip for a few years so that's good I don't believe half of this will go through honestly 24 mps gone independent under starmer leadership alot of people in back ground doing so so much they wanted to be seen as the ones who changed welfare but they have broken alot of laws keep emailing mp other mps as well who cares if not our mp this is a wishlist not done with any care of our mental wellbeing they will be pulled over hot coals I really believe we will be ok everything be watered down they made it extreme because they knew that as for today rest your mind and body it's unattainable to live on fear day in day out I did I thought having a stroke I'd be worried normally but from what I read and seen this lot a bunch of clowns big big big hugs don't worry this will be resolved in time but will take time so do things to protect your mental health xx
