so in regards to the new 4pt rule …..
someone who is awarded 4pts in one category may score a total of let's say 13pts overall ….
but someone who scores several 1 and 2's could score 14pts but fail in the award of the personal care component …..
this will leave the process wide open in regards to the "equality act"

Will Scope notify us when the government releases the accessible format of the Green Paper consultation and announce the consultation events as promised on the official GOV page? I know I, and many others, would be completely lost without Scope’s support in navigating this mess.
Thank you so much for all the hard work. You’re truly appreciated! Have a nice day.

According to Wikipedia, , the government has long ago purchased approximately 700-1000 Storm Shadow missiles for a billion pounds!
The trick is that the Russians easily shoot them down and even change the controls! It is hard to imagine a more inept waste! UK simply re-glued the sticker on a French missile. Shame.
It seems the government has found an enemy that is easy to defeat - the disabled.0 -
Hopefully someone will let us know. 🤞It does seem a bit silly not to make a consultation about disabilities, disability friendly.

Anyone saw kendell on sky news, she was being grilled about the cuts ,she was very angry, the interviewer remarked on it, she came out about how disabled people weren't able to get into jobs before. Bet the real reason was that he was questioning her about it. I seen clips but not the whole interview

I didn't see it.
I do find she comes across as quiet aggressive when trying to get her point across.
Thats my opinion of her.

Not a chance! You can bet she filled in form without having to provide evidence and it was an automatic approval because she paid someone off!

That's interesting, as I've always said Labour have attacked pensioners, farmers, and vulnerable people who aren't well enough to work, what's next? Children? Looks like I was right.
So Labour are child abusers too.
I guess it will be animals next.

Words just can't describe how much I hate Labour right now. {Removed by moderator - Uncivil language}

Thousands will be in poverty because of the cuts to their parents benefits . The mp labour Zarah Sultana had a right go at her, about her £170 thousand pound a year pay. I also read kendell 1 year expenses could keep winter fuel allowance for pensioners up to 26 years

Me too.

Hi Andi,
Zarah Sultana is one of three MP's standing as Independents and not readmitted to the Labour Parliamentary Party when other rebellious MP's recently were (I think that's right). John McDonnell and Jeremy Corbyn are the other two. They are all anti-poverty.
It means they can speak freely now so I wonder whether Keir Starmer wants them to. Families, especially women and children plus sick and disabled claimants are already penalised by the 2015/2016 welfare reforms.
These three MP's are doing their best to keep those damaging welfare reforms a live topic in Parliament in the face of new DWP plans to screw us over again!

my daughter is a teacher, she believes that they aren’t cutting all free school meals, but more of a means tested way of looking at things, because at present all children in those certain school years, no matter what their family circumstances. She’ll know more on Monday.
