My conditions fluctuate throughout the day so it’s only natural for our conditions to get worse a year later

It is for the Speaker not the Government to determine whether proposed legislation can proceed as a Money Bill:
"A Money Bill means a Public Bill which in the opinion of the Speaker of the House of Commons contains only provisions dealing with all or any of the following subjects, namely, the imposition, repeal, remission, alteration, or regulation of taxation; the imposition for the payment of debt or other financial purposes."
This cannot be a Money Bill.

Stephen Timms is right about one thing, it will take a very, very, long time, to reassess everyone particularly, as they have a major staff shortage. Unless, that has now changed over night. One thing that wont be changing in regard to this circus of a situation is that, all dissabilities wont disspaer because of these deluded ideas being spun past months. And, neither will the ability of employers business models to accomadate the risk of hiring disabled people. Their insurance liability policies would sky rocket. Just saying.

Hi passerby ,
I found my first claim horrendous but it had just gone over to pip from DLA. IMO and that of a benefit advisor it’s not as bad now . For one thing there are phone assessments which help . My last assessor was nice though I was still on my guard. I’m hoping this time if I give as much information as possible I get a paper based assessment. I would definitely apply for pip , it’s worth getting over with and getting in the system now . Not all outcomes are bad and I was told I was particularly unlucky. Others I know were fine .

I know how you feel because it is stressful and degrading.

I wrote four extra pages of typed stuff explaining how my disabilities affect me because there isn't enough room om the form.
We are literally fighting for our very survival and the way I see it is if assessors and the d.w.p ignore or try to twist the evidence we send in the chances are that we will win at tribunal because they will look at ALL of the evidence including our carer's testimonies and our own testimonies.
The only real experts in our conditions and how our lives are affected by them is US individuals who live with them day in, day out.
Stay strong people and good luck.
