Ask for a phone assessment. The dwp actually put me down for phone last time as I was stressed . But whatever assessment you have tell them you’re recording them so they know they can’t lie

@geckobat Provide as much written evidence as possible including copies of relevant medical records. You can add as many extra sheets of A4 as you like to put across a clear picture of your limitations. Ask for a paper assessment.
