    i am feeling so so today. But i had a good night sleep. i feel really scared today. i just do not know what to expect from this life. and the future is so uncertain.

    I am watching tv and i probably will not leave home today… I might just go for a walk tomorrow… but i am not sure.

    as the time passes the more anxious i feel. this is not quality life. always scared. it is not a non stop feeling.

    Its already a beautiful day here and I am going to a social event this afternoon where there will be bingo, a raffle a buffet and a live band.

    delete the first comment please and i always seem to be very frustrated around my mum no matter what I'm doing and i'm just fed up with getting more angry and anxious each time i go out in public and my mum never help me at all just make my anxious is even more worst . my mum kept blowing up me

    Did 6.7 miles, and it looked like i had been in Shelob's lair, what with all the cobwebs adhered to me and the scooter.

    Gus knocks himself out after the rabbits, but he gets called back if we see any Roe deer or Highlands (The damned things are escape artists).
