    @Schildpad my mum will come with me to doctors appointment with me even I when I ask I don't want them to. I can't really control my own life since my mum took over my health care and other stuff with a learning disabilities so I can't even move out since is Impossible. This not helpful. This just make me angry to

    Albus_Scope maybe but my mum will comes with me no matter if going out in public eg Sainsbury's or Tesco my mum will came . Only time that I have my own time at another charity that I go twice a day. I just feel anxious and frustrated and also stressed at same . My emotions already feel out of control and holiday was another add layer of anxiety and being anxious and has mask a lot . Did breakdown with anger explosive. Both my parents did shout at me .

    Ok matbe next time she needs to go to the GP for herself the GP could tell her. That is a very controlling behaviour.

    afternoon. i seem to be more in pain than before. anyway at home in bed watching telly and tomorrow again i will have to go out i hope i will be able to cope with the commuting and dealing with people. now it is time to try to relax.

    It's a horrible thing to deal with @Catherine21 have you thought what you might do with the ashes?

    I had some of my old dog, Leeloos ashes mixed into a silver ring, which I never take off. And my old black panther of a cat, Deez, had his ashes scattered under the liner of the pond I dug, as oddly he loved water. So they're both with me when I want to say hi to them. They may be physically gone, but they're always with me, just as Fifi will always travel with you. ❀️

    You could create an artwork of her.. Maybe a nice picture of her transferred into a canvas, some companies do it. they print the picture into the canvas. Fifi will always be in your heart and she is watching over you. or one of those 3d glass cube with a picture engraved inside.. not sure how it is called the technique. but it is hard…

    Another okay but had be mixed emotions again. Gaming was fun and that about it. Other just been anxious and stressed. I'm still very tired and my oldest sister asking if I had good holiday and I said no I did not good holiday. Then my come in the worst time . Then frustrated and tired and about to go work tomorrow.
