New diagnosis

After 12 long years of suffering with depression and really bad anxiety - I’ve finally been diagnosed with BPD and complex PTSD! On top of just starting the DLA to PIP process and numerous over health isssues, I feel like I am struggling. Advice from other suffers would be helpful. Or just a friendly hello.
