thank you so much @Lou67, yes please try to buy one, i wouldnt be without it, you have all been so caring and helpful, keeping me positive when i felt i couldnt carry on and genuine concern and empathy , im very pleased youve got the removals sorted and ready to move, i think and hope you will be so much more comfortable and happy in your new home , ill be saying lots of prayers for you too, and that you settle in quickly,  ps. we are finally having fish and chips tonight for tea with mushy peas!!  

same here @Lou67, also family can be sometimes unhelpful {especially if you cant always get your point across/ or your experiencing extreme pain/anxiety/low mood} and the worst saying for me is "pull yourself together/get a grip!!" arghhhh

@katho31 Oh I no nothing worse, and I keep getting told you need to push yourself to get out and do more, when it’s the last thing I want to do, if I do go out I’m in so much pain with my knees I’m done in by time I get back, I would love nothing better to be fit and mentally healthy, but there’s worse off than me so I need to remember that. 

yes @Lou67, totally agree  we have to be grateful for what we have got, lots of people suffering greatly too, i thank god for my ability to read a book and type posts
