Hi Ami, yes the tribunal went ok thank you really nice judge and doctor who I spoke to, I have been awarded the LWCRA which is good. I was speaking to them for about 45 mins then after they said we will go through it and let you know the outcome we might be about 10 mins or more they phoned me after 10 mins and said I have been rewarded the limited Work capability related activity which is good, so no I don’t need to work, or hand in any more sick notes and they said they tell DWP and takes about 2-3 weeks and I will get paperwork from DWP about me now on LWCRA

We applied for UC in January, I was awarded LCWRA in February and received first payment the following month. However, I originally applied for ESA about 3 years ago, but was declined due to my partner working full time. We aren't absolutely certain but we think we received the payment quickly as apparently my ESA claim was still open, but not receiving money from ESA. So, we think its linked somehow, that's all I know. Mine was awarded by paper based assessment.

Oh I see, as they said to me today that I should get the paperwork and everything done and takes 2-3 weeks but they said maybe sooner than that, so I don’t no how it works from now as it’s new to me
