    They did this to me too, dozens of times..."failed to attend appointment" when they failed to ring me.
    Simply write that they did not call you and nothing else.

    They won't answer questions so don't upset yourself by asking any

    How possible is that they can treat people the way they do 
    should i write to disability adviser that it has a huge impact on my health 
    i got a message in my journal that they will call me today they didn’t

    No, they know you are disabled and they know how distressing this is for you because you have told them! But it is not just you, I promise.

    Just write that they did not call you today. I don't think you will get a message back.
