Thank you both so much, she doesn't like it that I've gone back to the women's group that she hates. She has been nasty to others there

@Andi66 This woman sounds like a narcissist to me maybe even a sociopath, sounds like she gets enjoyment out of causing misery! Actually making the effort to write a letter and then going out and posting it, all just to scare you and get reaction out of you! It’s mad vindictive! Normal people don’t go to such extremes to upset or manipulate people! Sounds like she’s trying to punish you as she don’t want you in certain groups, so I doubt it’s even that much about the post, more that the post was used as an opportunity for her to kick off at you! Its like she’s trying to control you! I’d say stay away from her, cut all communication with her. She’s unhinged!

Andi, if there's a way of retracting whatever was said in a brief note to her, that may be all she wants/needs/expects to calm down. If she's unstable then trying to neutralise the situation might be the best approach.

She said to leave her alone, haven't even seen her . Don't know her address apart from the area, I'm to scared to go to the art group I use to go to because she goes, I put the post I suppose that she caused it but becauseof her i cant go there anymore, but I deleted it straight away

Thanks, hardly slept, just feel so down, looking at the symptoms of Bpd yesterday, I can identify with it. My daughter has it. I've been through trauma in my life and was having counselling, something she didn't like me having

I am so terribly sorry for what is occurring for you @Andi66 . I can understand why you have hardly slept . I will never understand some people. You definitely didn't deserve to be treated the way you was by that person. They are the one with issues. Be kind to yourself because you deserve to be kind to yourself. Hoping things settle down for you very soon. Sending gentle hugs.

Went to the doctors, she was reluctant to refer me , because of the label, what good will it do. I said I wanted to know. I had written some notes from the website mind to say this is how I feel. She said change my med to sertaline, I've been on that, citalprham, and now fluxotine. They don't work. She seems to think it was anxiety because I was nervous, and not good at explaining. So I don't know if I be seen, I've been through healthy minds, said I needed more than that, had counselling.

She saw me less than 5 minutes.

So sorry to hear how it went with the doctors @Andi66 . It is a horrible feeling when your telling them something and they decide they know what's best which isn't the outcome we want. We do get worried when it comes to doctors appointments surely they should recognise that and understand. I am so truly very sorry. I can imagine how you are feeling. Sometimes getting the feeling we are not listened too properly or they just want to rush us out the door. It definitely isn't right and it definitely isn't fair . I often wonder what do we have to do to get them to understand and help us properly. My heart goes out to you and i wish you wasn't having all this to deal with . They tell us to get in touch but then well what can I say . I hope and pray for better time ahead for you @Andi66 . Please take care of yourself and please be kind to yourself too. If there is anyone else you can contact I would contact them hopefully a better outcome will come your way .

Hi @Andi66 I have found mental health services rubbish it’s almost a nonexistent service, Psychatrist put me on practically every medication going over the years, some medications helped for short periods and some didn’t help at all, all medications had awful side effects that I just had to bear for weeks to months at a time. They now refuse to give me any medication as they have said that I am treatment resistant, so I got put on a waiting list for talking therapies, I am still waiting over a year later with no news! I have already done several therapies over the years too, but willing to take any help I can get. I have personally found that Lorazepam or diazepam work best for me, better than any antipsychotics or SSRIs diazepam and lorazepam calm me down, they ease my racing thoughts and I genuinely feel relaxed, they also help with my severe insomnia, best part with these tablets is that I don’t have any side effects or withdrawal symptoms (as I take them responsibly) and I don’t have to take these tablets every day, I only take them when I am having a really bad day. Hope you are feeling abit better now ❤️
