I've been doing a little more research and found that Citizen's Advice and Shelter have some excellent information about Housing and problems where you live. 

There is also information about social housing as I saw you went to the library to find out more information. The NHS also has information on advocacy services if you are finding it difficult to communicate with the different services. 

And just to let you know, a member of Scope will send you an email from community@scope.org.uk, so please read that when you can

Im so sorry I couldn’t visit you, for 2 reasons Iv got mobility issues and more so I stay away up in Scotland.

Again I hope you reach out to social services for help.
