It gives me more anxiety and tiredness the noise
my mother when I was begging her she was asking me if my neighbour was inviting me to drink with him , no he didn’t but to see the blood on the stairs and around and to hear all the noises made me more ill0 -

Hi just wondered have you thought about getting touch with the local polish round your area, where I live there is a good polish community with clubs that you can talk to about your problems had a look at the internet and there is the polish community London. It's address is Lewisham Polish center.
8 waldram park road London. Greater London. SE23 2PN. Good luck.0 -
I don’t have a thick skin
maybe I’m a highly sensitive person
I have a lot of empathy for animals
when you work is fine but when you are not well then people judge you
I don’t have a safe space because this place where I live I don’t call it safe

@Agnia
Im just checking to see if your ok, did you manage to speak to your local council, social work department to trying get some support sorted out.
I think you would benefit from some kind off supported accommodation, it could take a bit off time to trying source this but it would greatly help you.
Take care ❤️0 -
@emancherry33 Please could you have a look on it I found it from YouTube I’m sorry I’m not sure if you have English subtitles

Agnia said:It’s too noisy hereAre you living by a busy main road? If so then there's not much you can about that. You can try ear plugs, i know it's not nice wearing them all the time but a couple of hours a day may give some peace and quiet.Other than that it would be trying to find somewhere else to live. This won't be easy if your UC includes help with the rent because a lot of landlords won't accept those claiming benefits. Your local Authority may have a list of landlords that do but it may not be up to date.0
