Thinking back to all of your threads and your comments I personally think the decision not to find you to have LCWRA is totally wrong and you should definitely challenge that decision.
Looking at the descriptors I can think of at least 3 that could likely apply to you. (though you only need one to apply) Those are descriptors 11, 12 and 13, you can see those here https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/universal-credit-uc/uc-faq/limited-capability-for-work-related-activity
I know you said it is difficult for you because English isn’t your first language but I understand you perfectly. Please have a look at that link above and see which you think applies.1 -

If you were previously only getting the basic allowance then LCW is not a bad outcome. It's not a good outcome either for Agnia. I've been advising this person since they joined the forum and have noticed just how much they actually struggle with everyday life. It's very clear in my opinion that she should have been found to have LCWRA.There's also no extra money for LCW because their claim started after April 2017 so their UC payments will remain the same.

This does sound like a really difficult time for you at the moment @Agnia. I am really glad you are still here with us and your feelings are still really valid. Would anything, in particular, help this to be more manageable for you at the moment? Other people have suggested time which I can only agree with but if there is anything we can do to help day-to-day feel more manageable for you at the moment please don't hesitate to let us know0

Im really not coping with anxiety and stress0

You can either request it on your journal, write a letter or fill out a form but the form will need to be downloaded and sent to them. More information here.Tell them that you disagree with the decision and think you should have been found to have LCWRA. Please see the link to the descriptors i posted a couple of days ago. Take a look to see which you think applies to you. Once you've done that you'll need to tell them why you think that descriptor applies.0

i did find decision that they decided Lcw in journal 10 days from the date they wrote decision in journal
today i have written to coach work please could you send me uc85 form
im not able to fill any form myself0 -
The UC85 is the assessment report. You don't need this to request the MR. You don't need to fill in a form to request the MR you can just go ahead and request it on your journal.
