Job centre appointment help please

Agnia, Job Centre guidance is to call an ambulance or send one to a person's home if a claimant threatens suicide0 -
Thank you0

They are not asking you to look for work. If you disagree with the decision then please request the MR. I believe in another thread you said someone helped you with the forms for the WCA and PIP. Can you ask this person to help with the MR process for this claim as well?

Fit notes are no longer needed. This link will help you find an advice agency that's local to you. https://advicelocal.uk/welfare-benefits

Please maybe someone who was awarded Lcw changed their decision at mr or tribunal could write to me please thank you0

The stats for ESA MR decisions are about 53% chance of the decision changing in your favour at this stage. (not sure of the stats for UC but the assessment process for both benefits are the same) Tribunal will be much higher, providing you either appear in person or have a telephone/video hearing. What you need to do is look at the descriptors i gave you a link for in an earlier comment on this thread to see which one you think applies to you. Once you've done this you'll need to give the reasons why you think it applies. You can do this on your journal but make sure you tell them that you're requesting the MR for the WCA decision.0

Surely it's the first decision not the second which should be appealed?0 -

im not able to go to job centre or to prepare cv and other activities
im not able to make a tea because i have no motivation and was drinking only tap cold water
it was really affecting me that coach work saw my health condition and when i got home she was sending me a message at the same day when i saw her that i have to attend to another meeting0 -
If you were previously only getting the basic allowance then LCW is not a bad outcome.
They do know you are not fit for WRA. At the very least, you should attend JCP appointments or that's an easy sanction for them.
Those agents know far more about us than is bearable because it is so personal. They are target-driven and our suffering means nothing to them. They are not meant to cause hardship but they do so knowingly.
