    I think you are really understanding of everyone but I find you understand my problems when I post stuff, maybe because although we don't have exactly the same mental health things, some of them are kind of similar??

    @Beaver79 oh no sorry to hear that, our dog seems to eat stones as well, we can't work out why, does it aid digestion or is it to clean their teeth or something? Hopefully the broken tooth is nothing to worry about - our dog broke a front tooth when he was quite young and it didn't seem to cause him any pain or problems apart from aesthetics so it would have been cruel to make him have some treatment just for vanity reasons. I think it's worth getting checked out just to be on the safe side though, good luck!!!

     My son just messaged can he bring my granddaughters down for an hour till he goes to the gym, I don’t like saying no so they are on their way it’s not for long anyway.

    Im no sure why I’m not sleeping great the past couple off nights, I’m quite an over thinker so sometimes things go round in my head.

    @Beaver79 my old dog Leeloo used to play with stones (despite loads of tennis balls etc), we had to remove all the shingle path from the garden and she ended up being quite gummy in her later years bless her.   :D

    I hope you enjoy having your grandchildren. I'm definitely an overthinker myself. A few nights ago I got into bed at 9.30pm and started thinking about random stuff then when I'd finished looked at my watch just before I dropped off and it was past midnight ha ha

    I'm meeting a friend today, we're grabbing a take out costa and heading to the park with them. It's only a short walk from the shop in the village.

    Yesterday took it out on me 
    I was exhausted 

    I fed felix and Bruce, by spoon.  I'm. Monitoring them both closely as both elderly and sick

    Glad the doctor got back to you but you have to listen to his advice if you ever have chest pain please just phone 111 at least to get checked over. I know you don’t like seeing people but things like that are important.

    Morning everyone, I was up early this morning but didn't have the energy to do anything and sorry for not posting much yesterday just felt terrible. I think that walking round cleveleys really took it out of me as felt bad after that. I'm just going to take it easy today but need to do some tidying and laundry as have an landlord inspection tomorrow, they want to see what I've done with the flat as my support worker told them it looks amazing in here after decorating it.

    Hope you all have an awesome day, weather doesn't look too good today though here.
