UC health change
Ive had DDD and stenosis in my spine for years but recently been told I have a large tumor on my spine attached to my sciatica nerve. I'm having day surgery later this month. Ive had a change of for medication tihis.
Thls and other factors have impacted my mental health and have had my antidepressants doubled. I am waiting for counciling for this. Do I inform UC and PIP
Any advice would be welcome. Thank you

If you're already on UC LCWRA and Enhanced PIP, there is no greater award that could be gained, so no need to inform UC or PIP.

Unless you are certain that you would gain extra points - thereby securing an increased benefit amount from, say, the standard rate to the enhanced rate - I would caution you from informing the DWP. Do seek professional advice first.
You may be faced with the prospect of having a new health assessment - filling in forms etc and all the stress that would entail - on top of all you now have to contend with.
