13 week wait for LCWRA

I have tried looking up the info but can't find out what I'm after. I applied for UC on 22nd Oct, then applied for LCWRA by sending back my UC50 form on 14th November but what I want to know is, if I get awarded it, do they backdate the payment to 14th or 22nd? When do they take the 13 weeks from?

The 3 month waiting period for LCWRA under UC begins when you send in your fit note.
