Hi!  :)
My name is Stefania, I am a final year student of Aviation and Airport Management and I am working on a research based on Passengers with Reduced Mobility (PRM) experience while flying.

PRM passengers are very important for the society, but unfortunately they (and especially their needs) are not always considered as much as they should be.
Everybody is saying that moving from country to country nowadays  is easier thanks to airplanes, but actually how many people have taught that for people with mobility impairments  and other health difficulties going through airports, on the planes and  waiting for ages for special assistance, is easy as it seems?

I would like to gather ideas of how to implement the special assistance service in the aviation industry in order to facilitate movement  by air.

I will be really glad and I will appreciate your responses to the following short questionnaires or any other comment left below.

Your opinion will help to improve everyday life.

Thank you in advance,
Stefania

P.s. the questionnaire is totally anonymous and no personal data are asked or will be used during research.
