Hi @berne05 and welcome to the community! Sorry to hear this, I've had a suspected mini-stroke, the reason they couldn't determine it was that they couldn't do an MRI for at least two weeks after it happened, which at that point, would not have shown anything. How do you feel about the diagnosis? Always here if you need to talk

Hi Ami2301. I’m actually a bit worried. It was only found out because I’ve been having migraines and problems with my eyes. Otherwise I may not have found out. Thanks for the welcome.0

It's completely understandable to feel worried, have they offered you any further support or information on how to manage them?1

They wrote me a letter explaining everything and said they will refer me to the neurologist but it’s just really the waiting and then what to expect or what’s going to happen. The specialist said it’s probably happening whilst asleep which is quite unnerving especially if I’m not aware.0

The waiting is the worst part, you feel like you don't know where to turn for answers or advice. I hope your appointment with the neurologist comes through soon. I can imagine how distressing that is to be told that, I know it's easier said than done, but the best thing to do would be to wait and see what the neurologist says.
It might be an idea to keep a diary of when your migraines and problems with your eyes happen. We will be here for you every step of the way0
