Are you on the vulnerable list? If not, you won't find any supermarket delivery available now.
I don't think you can order online groceries without a bank account though. How do you usually pay bills etc? Does a friend or relative have a bank account at all?

First of all you have to be one of those that are considered by the NHS as high risk of death, The list produced by the NHS is:
Who's at high risk from coronavirus
Coronavirus can make anyone seriously ill, but there are some people who are at a higher risk.
For example, you may be at high risk from coronavirus if you:
- have had an organ transplant
- are having certain types of cancer treatment
- have blood or bone marrow cancer, such as leukaemia
- have a severe lung condition, such as cystic fibrosis or severe asthma
- have a condition that makes you much more likely to get infections
- are taking medicine that weakens your immune system
- are pregnant and have a serious heart condition
To pay for it you should have either a debit or credit card. You can't very well go down to the shop and pay for it in cash.
Or, have someone else who has the above to pay for it online and you pay them the cash.
