Hi @gaz1960 It certainly feels like every day is the same at the minute. I try and do at least 1 thing different each day even if its eating different food.

Have you,or anyone else noticed its eating for the sake of eating,rather than splitting the day up between breakfast, lunch and tea? And yes,trying to vary different foods! OMG

I agree it's hard not to resist the comfort of food and I try and resist but I am enjoying cooking new things and trying to be bit healthier

Just chopped up mixed coloured peppers,onion and cucumber with salad.
Either cod or chicken with it? Hhhmmmmmm.........? -
Cod everytime and it is fish friday
