Hi @Tori_Scope, yes i went with my son, we lasted an hour and walked out, just a bad movie, baffling plot, not good at all1

So i've been doing some trades, old laserdiscs for bluray steelbooks, my laserdisc player has finally packed in, laserdiscs were the precursor to dvd a 12 inch disc, i had loads at one point, now only got a couple of sets left
First up the Indiana jones 4k set, a lovely steelbook set not long out, i don't have 4k yet but they come with bluray discs as well which i can use, the movies look great
next up another steelbook venom let there be carnage, love the artwork on the set
haven't seen this yet, i've heard its a bit short at 97 mins see what its like1 -
Sorry that you didn't enjoy it @Grinchy! I was planning to go over Christmas, but coronavirus ruined those plans a bit. I'll probably just wait until it comes out on TV now.
Which is your favourite Indiana Jones film?
That Venom artwork looks awesome1 -
@Tori_Scope we were both really disappointed, i wanted it to be good, but we just didn't get it.
Raiders is my favourite, i had it on vhs growing up, along with star wars on the same tape, played it to death, lol2 -
Just won these, all steel books, got them for a great price
Haven't seen the purge or its sequel, but seen the others, glad to add them to the steel book collection
Also got this another imitation vhs bluray set, love back to the future, glad to have it again
the bluray and dvd are stored in the fake vhs tape
lastly a visit to a charity shop and i came out with this Laurel and hardy movie set
