Travelling abroad?

Hi Everybody,
Please accept my apologies if this is in the wrong section. I'm expecting to finally get my compensation from criminal injuries in the next couple of months and am hopeful of it being a significant amount.
Assuming it's safe, I'd like to plan a once in a lifetime trip to New Orleans for myself, fiancee and two children. While I'm still able.
With my mobility issues, not to mention being 6ft8, I'd need support at the airport etc. I can walk short distances on crutches but anything longer I need a wheelchair.
Which travel agents are recommended who could help?

Wow, I'm incredibly envious and appreciate the advice. It just seems like such a wonderful place. It will suck if I can't go to places due to my condition but I'm getting used to that.0
