Hello there. I have had M/E/FMS for over 23 years and was diagnosed with SPSTENOSIS about 8years ago with #you have spinal stenosis and there is no cure# I have not seen a doctor about it since and it so bad now that I am housebound, cannot walk more then a few steps and sometimes limited in evryway. Is there any treatment for thie disease?

Hello @naubs, welcome to the community and thank you for introducing yourself.
This is a very supportive place, so I'm sure you'll enjoy getting involved and will feel amongst friends
Sorry to hear about how you are impacted at the moment, your condition seems to have made you feel much less independent.
Have you ever had a needs assessment through your local authority? It might be worth getting in touch with them to discuss whether you would be able to receive any care or support in your home to do daily tasks.
Also, have you considered speaking with your GP about how your condition is at the moment? They might be able to provide some support to help you manage things better.0
