Hello,
I recently aoolied for PIP - Using the "forms" method rather than on-line
I sent off the form, 2 weeks ago and yesterday - I received a txt confierning its arrival
but I am unsure about whether I filled in Q2c correctly
The question asks for Any treatments I have had and have planned for future - I have over 30 years of relevant records - how far back should I have gone ?

Sorry about my spelling -I used a phone for posting...

But I have listed my current “health conditions” rather than actual TREATMENTS (Which are currently, understandably extremely limited)0
-
I have simply listed my health conditions - and have provided no "fixes" such as Physiotherapy, Urology or Orthotics - ALL of which I am currently waiting on - but if you are sure that it is OK, I will leave it.I have mentioned all of my past, present and future conditions and assessnents etc elsewhere in my application0

Would you say that Q5 involves MOBILITY at all ?
There is no mention of mobility in the paper version
but on-line there is..

Also looking to the worse case again
If I am not offered high rates on both mobility and care components - could you please confirm the complaints procedure?
Starting with the form to check on the assessment......to discover what the assessor actually wrote...
I really hope that this is not necessarily but prewarned is prearmed0 -
Any complaints about the report should be sent to the health assessment providers. If the worst happens and you're refused or you're not happy with any award you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)Whether you're entitled to Enhanced for both parts will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 activities.1

You will need to have a look on the assessment providers website. I really think you're thinking far too much about this PIP application. The majority of people claim successfully with no problems at all. You've only just returned the form so you could be waiting several months at least just for the assessment. Please try to relax and think about something else, otherwise it's going to seem a very long wait.0

That's really not nice. I think you should stop being so negative. Just because you were refused, it doesn't mean all other members will be the same.
