Hello,
I recently aoolied for PIP - Using the "forms" method rather than on-line
I sent off the form, 2 weeks ago and yesterday - I received a txt confierning its arrival
but I am unsure about whether I filled in Q2c correctly
The question asks for Any treatments I have had and have planned for future - I have over 30 years of relevant records - how far back should I have gone ?

But I have listed my current “health conditions” rather than actual TREATMENTS (Which are currently, understandably extremely limited)

I have simply listed my health conditions - and have provided no "fixes" such as Physiotherapy, Urology or Orthotics - ALL of which I am currently waiting on - but if you are sure that it is OK, I will leave it.
I have mentioned all of my past, present and future conditions and assessnents etc elsewhere in my application

Would you say that Q5 involves MOBILITY at all ?

There is no mention of mobility in the paper version

    but on-line there is..

Also looking to the worse case again
If I am not offered high rates on both mobility and care components - could you please confirm the complaints procedure?
Starting with the form to check on the assessment......to discover what the assessor actually wrote...
I really hope that this is not necessarily but prewarned is prearmed

Any complaints about the report should be sent to the health assessment providers. If the worst happens and you're refused or you're not happy with any award you can request the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)
Whether you're entitled to Enhanced for both parts will totally depend on how your conditions affect you against the 12 activities.

It’s neither here nor there. They’re talking solely about treatments now or in the future. There are no circumstances where 30 years of anything will be required.
Why then does the form request details of past, current and future/planned medical assessments??

I understand that there is a specific complaints form?

You will need to have a look on the assessment providers website. I really think you're thinking far too much about this PIP application. The majority of people claim successfully with no problems at all.
You've only just returned the form so you could be waiting several months at least just for the assessment. Please try to relax and think about something else, otherwise it's going to seem a very long wait.

You will be lucky to get anything at all, The majority of people on here get refused, Then it's the whole process of sending a Mandatory Reconsideration, If that's refused it's a Tribunal, I received 0 points from the Assessor, Currently waiting for a Reconsideration, Been waiting over 2 months now.

Actually, the majority of people claim successfully without any problems at all. As has been advised to you before,  the only reason you mostly read the bad stories on an internet forum is because if someone's had a decision they're happy with they have no questions to ask so we dont hear their story.

How can you possibly see into the future and predict something that you clearly know absolutely nothing about?
You don't know me or my problems

That's really not nice. I think you should stop being so negative. Just because you were refused, it doesn't mean all other members will be the same.

@ChrisH90 absolutely not needed and not welcomed in this community. Disgusting behaviour if I’m honest.

Well I have reported the post. It’s your decision if you want to be removed.

@Wibbles as I say that’s their decision. Not mine.
