"cannot either stand or move, aided or unaided more than 1 metre". https://pipinfo.net/activities/moving-aroundAnyway, we are continuing to go round in circles again so for this reason i'm out. Good luck with your claim.
Can stand and then move more than 1 metre but no more than 20 metres, either aided or unaided. 12 points
You can't state only one sixth of the relevant descriptor!
What i quoted was descriptor F and not descriptor E! You really do go out of your way to try to cause more arguments don't you. I give up!0 -

As advised by Calcotticalcotti said:Wibbles said:..The regulations are 9 years old and must have been superceded several times - including 24th January 2022..

They are of course open to interpretation, which takes us back tocalcotti said:..we are only going to continue to repeat that we have different interpretations, hence my earlier comment that there is nothing to be gained by going over it all again.0 -

Received by TXT"We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. We will write to you once we've made a decision on your PIP. As a guide you should hear from us within 8 weeks. You don't need to contact us unless any of the details you gave us have changed. Thank you."
I assume that this means that IAS has sent the report to DWP ?0 -

If I am not offered high rates on both mobility and care components - could you please confirm the complaints procedure?
Starting with the form to check on the assessment......to discover what the assessor actually wrote...
I really hope that this is not necessarily but prewarned is prearmed0 -

ChrisH90 said:I did and it was a load of absolute lies 😂 Don't know how a 'Nurse' can assess someone over the phone who has Autism and Anti social personality disorder, Baring in mind the assessment lasted 30 minutes, I'll be attending a Tribunal and I'm confident I'.They do not need to know anything about any condition as PIP is not awarded for a diagnosis. They are assessing your functional ability in relation to the descriptors.Wibbles said:ChrisH90 said:Wibbles said:Who do I ask for the report ?DWP or IASAnd is there a name for what J am after - ie) Form XYZ ?I have not had an assessment yetIs the PA3 form not produced until AFTER an assessment ?Or does this imply that they won't assess me .. hopefully - and it has just been a paper exercise ?You can call the PIP enquiry line and ask for a copy, they say it should arrive within 5 to 10 working days.1

Why does it take 8 weeks to the next step??
Surely if IAS have made a decision (presumably both high) then they should let me know sooner?
And under what circumstances would the final result change?0
