hi
i was wondering if anyone knows how long a decision takes for a mandatory reconsideration of backpay for LCWRA on uc? I sent alll the info via my journal on 31st may and still no answer. I’ve asked through the journal but again no one reply’s! Tried phoning and just queues which when you do get through you get cut off.
can anyone tell me a basic sort of timeline this takes as I’m fed up of trying to get information and no one will answer me! It’s a shambles of a system!

I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

When you put a question on your journal flag it as payment issue or service issue these then get seen by case managers
