Would a sculpture of the face of friends/family be appreciated by members of the VI community?

I'm a new sole business, a maker, and I can do detailed face scans and produce sculptures from these scans in both 3D printing and carved wood. I was wondering if you would be able to give me your opinion on if a sculpture of the face of friends and family would be a gift that would be appreciated by members of the visually impaired community?

Above is an example of a 3D head scan printed on a resin 3D printer.

Hi and welcome to the community

They look good I'm visually impaired but I don't understand why you are only asking if visually impaired would be interested

Personally it's not something that would interest me but that's just me

My thought was that the visually impaired would be able to feel the face of a relative or loved one, especially those who are separated by distance. It would be a way for someone who has never met a relative to get to know them from across the world.

I think it sounds like an interesting idea @RileyProjects :) I'm not visually impaired myself, but I hope that some other members with personal experience will find and comment on your post soon!
