I an totally deaf in my left ear following surgical removal of my ear drum to facilitate the removal of a brain tumour. are there any support benefits i can access?

Completely depends on your circumstances. The main disability benefit for adults is called Personal Independence Payment. Do you work or do you claim Universal Credit?
