I really hope the activists such as Ellen get something ready in time . It happened for the Tory green paper. From what I’ve watched in YouTube things are happening so fingers crossed as this is unbelievable. Apparently the ECHR are also looking into this . From what I’ve watched ppl who are benefiting from advisors and ex dwp reckon it’s discrimination regarding the 18-24 years not able to claim and the 4 points rule.

Ranald, I was medically retired from my job and I was quite unwell from all the stress I’d gone through with office bitching and backstabbing. I didn’t get any universal credit for 8 months and they didn’t tell me about legacy benefits. I, had to go in for weekly job coach meetings, for months as they took 1 1/2 years to give me LCWRA…..They kept trying to get me to go to a puzzle group. One day I barfed all over their carpet and I was on phone interviews after that….

It's terrifying. I ask myself just how much harder they can hit us but I feel that they'll just continue this torture until a future government is prepared to raise taxes. The cuts so far will impact on the NHS and councils massively.

"Ms Reeves is now expected to announce that universal credit (UC) incapacity benefits for new claimants, which were halved under the original plan, will also be frozen until 2030 rather than rising in line with inflation.

There has to be numerous court cases surely? I wish I was savvy enough to take them to court, this is blatantly wrong on so many levels

But labour want people to loose carers allowance also that's the whole point. Kill 2 benefits in one go. The cuts will have a domino effect and that's their nasty plan.

.. in 2016, immigrants from so-called "Eastern Europe" were to blame because they took "very well-paid and lucrative work"… in warehouses, factories, production lines, etc. so they held a referendum.
In 2025, the disabled are to blame
In 2035, the pensioners will be to blame.
Mark my words.
I am not British but I have lived here for over 20 years and this is my home and that of my children.
And my heart breaks as this country falls down a slippery slope.

Not all are desperate, if they were they would settle in Germany, France they are safe country. They come because the government give them everything, plus freebies, free driving lessons, they get 3 meals a day warm hotels. Councils are over stretch, they said its not safe in the areas.so pensioners, farmers disabled get picked on.before you mention farmers are ok, one of my family knows one who committed suicide because of her inheritance tax. Not all pensioners are well off, my sister and brother in law can't get pension credit because they are slightly over.

Nothing against Eastern European, my grandfather came from Europe. I have family from other countries, but it's what's happening at the moment, its all men mainly young, hardly any women and children .they have designer clothes, I phones, why chuck papers, I d into the channel

Yes they must enjoy it, because both parties are constantly changing the rules and making it more difficult for us. Fear and uncertainty is the enemy of people with severe mental health problems. All they ever do is create more uncertainty that leads to fear that leads to my feelings like today: what's the point of going on?

PIP POINTS
Hello all!
Interested in your thoughts, assessors are notorious for under scoring but so are DWP. I personally 100% got scored 2pts when I should have had 4pts last year at a review. When I questioned this with DWP, they said, you have enhanced for both, you can't go any higher. I said, are you saying leave it because there is nothing to gain further? He said, yes.
My husband this year got enhanced both too due to a tumour. The dwp at MR stage awarded enhanced/enhanced said, you may see some points lower than you think you should be awarded but that's just how we score but you have enhanced and so questioning it won't better anything as you are at the highest you can be. My husband did score 4pts in one but still underscored in others.
How can they do this 4 point rule when they underscore and openly tell you they do but it's ok because overall you have enhanced! I'm sure we can't be the only ones they have said this to?? Surely this practice should be addressed and called out.
