I get the feeling whatever happens With the vote we will all still be persecuted. Watching politics live, don’t know who the 4 politicians were but the Labour lady and the host seemed to agree that pip should only be paid to people in work and it encourages economic inactivity. I just can’t get my head around how stupid these people are.

Documents related to PIP assessments, like the independent review, are about 85 pages long, otherwise, the main claim form, "PIP2: How your disability affects you", is 50 pages long, among which the first 12 pages are for information on how to fill it in and evidence to support your claim.. And the review form, AR1, which applies to you, is 25 pages long.

There are so many scaremongering revolving around sickness and disability benefits out there.

Remember, last night, I said that a few people on B&W were claiming that their MP had confirmed that the Cons were voting for the cuts, and other people, including me, were asking them to show them where their purported MP had made such a confirmation. None of them had been able to reply to date.

I have requested paper based when I sent my form in.

I got the usual text in April and I haven't heard from them since.

My forms on the way to me , don’t know if it’s 89 pages or short one . Don’t know why everything keeps changing

I don't think mine was long.

I didn't have enough room to explain how my disabilities affect me so I sent in eight typed up pages and my carer statement.

I hope it’s a short form , I’ve read people saying it’s been set to fail us . I’m hoping to get as much information as I can to see if I can have it paper based .
Yes I looked up that mp and didn’t see anything about him voting for either . I really wish Tory’s would start adding their name and god if reform did which they definitely won’t . Starmer would be stuffed

Is the short form gd or bad? I had put loads of info down and had two medical experts write letters and even had one help me fill it out... so nervous 😓

I don’t know about good or bad really . Last time my form said you can just put no change but I think it was advised to fill it out as you would normally. I don’t know there’s any way to predict as it’s to do with case managers and assessors if you need one . The worst part is over so fingers crossed you’ll be fine 🤞

As a % of GDP, the UK government is spending the same amount on working-age benefits as it was in 2015. This stands at around 5% and is not projected to change by 2030. This is because we have seen deep cuts to benefits like Universal Credit alongside the increase in people claiming health and disability benefits.

Please make no mistake, this is all about Morgan McSweeney, Chief of staff to the prime monster!

He's obsessed with fighting Labour’s left wing. And this is all about his desire to confront and fight with the left of the party over the welfare cuts at our expense!

Keir Starmer has no real political ideology and is just being manipulated by McSweeney, a pro-Israel, who lived on a kibbutz in Israel.

Still much confusion for those over retirement age and in receipt of PIP.

I have raised my concerns with my MP Helen Morgan who has in turn raised them with

Minister of State for Social Security and Disability

He has responded with this, I am still not clear as to what he has to say, especially under the the new 4 point rule. Can anyone decipher this for me please as I only have 3 points in one category not the 4 that is to be required.

"At the heart of our reforms is a mission to give people a better life, by protecting people who need it and helping people into work where they can, particularly disabled people who deserve equal choices and chances. Our reforms intend, first and foremost, to protect the most vulnerable. We are ensuring they are protected now, by maintaining their incomes and investing in the NHS and social care, and protected in the future, by putting our social security system onto a sustainable footing to enable it to endure for the long term. In keeping with existing policy, people of State Pension age are not routinely fully reviewed and will not be directly affected by these changes. For everyone else, none of these changes are happening overnight. Infact, they will not happen until people have a reassessment from November 2026, so anyone reaching State Pension age before then will be protected."

I hope the rebels are not swayed by Starmer and Co. This is no time for minor, poorly thought out concessions. It has to be back to the drawing board and common decency.

So still rising? It would be odd for the Speaker not to select the ammendment.
