Can anyone explain what the ''Speaker'' has to actually consider in making his decision to allow/disallow the amended bill to go through please ? What does he need to take into account etc, I have no idea what his role in this entails.

I just checked itv news and they said rebels won’t be satisfied and told the reporter they can’t think what he could come up with that they’d approve of

The concession !
🚨 NEW: The reported concessions include allowing existing PIP claimants to keep payments even if they don’t score 4 points in a single category - though new claimants would still need to meet that threshold

So when they inevitably take my LCWRA and I have to apply for PIP, I'm still done for.

So they can give zero points and unless we win MR or tribunal we need a 4. We need it scrapped

I'm still not clear if the new rules are already in play or not for claimants. Heard so many stories that they are.

Massive consessions, what a joke ,other better options were put forward but he refused them, mps need to stand their ground and tell starmer to do one .

One concession ? That’s it . I hope they don’t agree to it . I read there’s also something for people with multiple conditions

Surely when we get a reivew though and don't get a 4 point score then we'd be classed as new claimaints and stilll lose our PIP anyway.
So this is just delaying losing PIP for people who don't have a 4 point until their next reivew.
