    I don't feel well.. I really feel bad. I am scared. I m going to be late home today. And tomorrow I have a hospital appointment.

    I feel the same awful living like this try so hard but it always comes back maybe after your appointment you can relax I have to take my dog to the vet so I can't rest I'm so sensitive I can feel the world changing noting not one thing feels the same was bad before but now it's hell

    Sorry to read people aren't feeling great today. I second what @Catherine21 has said, @Schildpad in that hopefully once you've got your appointment out of the way tomorrow you'll be able to relax and take some time for you. 💛

    not great, stomach condition flared up this morning. Decided to stay in bed and didn’t wake until 1pm, absolutely exhausted, don’t have the energy to cook so for the 7th day running it was a take away, just have no control. Absolutely feeling bad about everything and just ashamed of being me

    Me too it's awful I sit for hours worrying I try so hard to break it seems impossible my psychiatrist against meds and sleeping tablets she's messed with everything I wish wish like us all that wasn't at the mercy of the state

    Going to say goodbye, I just need to retreat back into the shadows and shut down. Not in a good place both mentally or physically. Just accepting who I am and then just sped the next however many days, weeks or years counting down until I don’t wake up.

    i am finally home .. i hope it will be ok tomorrow. yes once the hospital appointment passed i hope i will be ok. i hope you have a nice rest of the day.

    anyway i had a so so… it is getting harder for me to leave home and deal with anyone even when no customers or users are around. the appointment is rather early but maybe it is better so i can get it out of my chest but at the same time i would have liked that appointment a bit later.

    wee bit dreich in Derby, I know they say it’s grim up north, well what do they say about the East Middle Earth….. I’ll have to keep an eye out for an Orc or two when I put the rubbish out later. Managed to get the name changed on ESA, managed to fall asleep waiting for it 😴

    morning folks!

    nice start to the day! nice and sunny!

    builders next door started at 8am on the dot! 😡 ah well they will finish whenever (and 3pm later!)

    shopping is on its way so im happy (gotta love home delivery its just so… lazy! 😂😂 jk its handy)

    partners companion/pca coming later so i get a nice break! yippee! few hours of non carer activity 😂😂 now what to do… choices choices! 😂
