"cannot either stand or move, aided or unaided more than 1 metre". https://pipinfo.net/activities/moving-aroundAnyway, we are continuing to go round in circles again so for this reason i'm out. Good luck with your claim.
Can stand and then move more than 1 metre but no more than 20 metres, either aided or unaided. 12 points
You can't state only one sixth of the relevant descriptor!
What i quoted was descriptor F and not descriptor E! You really do go out of your way to try to cause more arguments don't you. I give up!

Yes but descriptor E is relevant insteadpoppy123456 said:Wibbles said:

The regulations have not been superseded. I quoted from the current versionWibbles said:..The regulations are 9 years old and must have been superceded several times - including 24th January 2022..

Received by TXT"We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. We will write to you once we've made a decision on your PIP. As a guide you should hear from us within 8 weeks. You don't need to contact us unless any of the details you gave us have changed. Thank you."
I assume that this means that IAS has sent the report to DWP ?0 -
Well I waited 11 weeks for a decision, Asked for a MR, Got given 2 points, Currently awaiting a Tribunal date, The whole process has been a year up to now for me.Wibbles said:Received by TXT"We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. You will be lucky to get anything at all, The majority of people on here get refused, Then it's the whole process of sending a Mandatory Reconsideration, If that's refused it's a Tribunal, I received 0 points from the Assessor, Currently waiting for a Reconsideration, Been waiting over 2 months now.Wibbles said:Also looking to the worse case again
If I am not offered high rates on both mobility and care components - could you please confirm the complaints procedure?
Starting with the form to check on the assessment......to discover what the assessor actually wrote...
I really hope that this is not necessarily but prewarned is prearmed0 -
OK just because you may have been treated unfairly - doesn't mean that anyone else will beChrisH90 said:

Will you be asking for a copy? Be interesting to see what the assessor has said.Wibbles said:Received by TXT"We've received the written report of your PIP assessment. I did and it was a load of absolute lies 😂 Don't know how a 'Nurse' can assess someone over the phone who has Autism and Anti social personality disorder, Baring in mind the assessment lasted 30 minutes, I'll be attending a Tribunal and I'm confident I'll win 😙MarkM88 said:

I asked for a Assesment report a few days later, And it arrived within 7 days, I guess it'll give you a rough idea of the points you will score.Wibbles said:

I called DWP Pip Enquiry line, I told them I've had an assessment and can I have a copy of the report, They should send it out in the post.Wibbles said:Who do I ask for the report ?DWP or IASAnd is there a name for what J am after - ie) Form XYZ ?0 -

A nurse is perfectly able to assess you, they are a healthcare professional.ChrisH90 said:I did and it was a load of absolute lies 😂 Don't know how a 'Nurse' can assess someone over the phone who has Autism and Anti social personality disorder, Baring in mind the assessment lasted 30 minutes, I'll be attending a Tribunal and I'm confident I'.They do not need to know anything about any condition as PIP is not awarded for a diagnosis. They are assessing your functional ability in relation to the descriptors.
If you have had a text to say they have the report then yes it sounds like you have had a paper assessment.Wibbles said:ChrisH90 said:

Why does it take 8 weeks to the next step??
Surely if IAS have made a decision (presumably both high) then they should let me know sooner?
And under what circumstances would the final result change?0
