Hi @Bluebell21 , no no plans today. I did some washing and my puzzle book . I agree going places on bank holidays is very stressful. Tail backs etc . I hope you have had a reasonably relaxing day at home. Best wishes to you always . I will probably go to my bed soon.

Hey @Strawberry1, I think everyone here agrees that we never "need a rest from you". You're always welcome here, any day and time. I hope you're doing okay today and look forward to hearing from you, try not to worry about "replying late". To me it doesn't matter if you reply 1 minute after or days after, I'm just happy to read a reply from you.

It's taken me a while to pluck up the courage to get back to you @Bluebell21 and @Jimm_Scope . I decided to have a quiet day yesterday. Thank you again for you kind companionship it really is appreciated. Don't know if I will be on here much today. I thinking of staying quiet for a while. Please take care of yourselves. I hope today is good to both of you . Hope to chat at some point soon.

Do what you want to do @Strawberry1 we're not going to force you to post on here, but please know you're no burden at all and we enjoy having you around. π

I just feel that because my brain mechanism is different I will always mess things up at home or wherever I am on this planet.

I think because of my neurodiversity I will always manage to mess everything up. Can't escape this realism unfortunately.

Oh please dont feel like that @Strawberry1 I have AuDHD, so I understand how the world can feel mighty odd and people don't react how you expect them to. It's all fine, it can just take a bit more work from us sometimes. π

I just don't know how I've managed to get everything wrong.

Take care of yourselves everyone and remember to be kind to yourselves too π

Strawberry, it's the world that's wrong and illogical - not you or me or Albus or the other neurodivergent members on this site. Complete strangers understand each other here, don't you agree?
Late diagnosis is a shocker but absolutely necessary to begin the process of forgiving yourself for not 'fitting in' or doing what was expected of you all these years. It won't happen overnight but you have good support from the best forum in the world, Scope! π

Totally agreeing with @WhatThe here. The world is built for neurotypicals, but that doesn't mean we're ever wrong about things, it just means we have a harder time navigating life when there's no subtitles for us to translate that neurotypical stuff.π
It's taken me 2 years and I'm still learning to be gentle with myself and I'm still learning every day. You'll get there, it just takes time. π0 -
I can only accept that all through life it's been me that's at fault. Everything and anything that has gone wrong and most probably will go wrong it will be me too blame . No one else. Even if their behaviour isn't good it's my fault. Always has been always will be .

I'm just a bad person.

But you're clearly not. You're one of the kindest, sweetest members on this forum. We can't all be wrong, surelyβ¦ π€

Your not wrong and neither are other neurodiversity people @WhatThe , it me .

Just you make sure you take care of yourself @WhatThe . I'm should never have wasted Scope and Scope members time in the first place. If I say Sorry at least I know I'm wrong. Sorry for everything.
