Hi I was looking for some futher advice if possible please sorry to be cheeky. I was just wondering whether the outcome and points of a wca is sent to the pip department or whether they share information please?

I've decided to go ahead with my wca after the job centre telling me I'll haveto work fulltime if not completed even though I'm in receipt of pip and have mental health.any advice would be much please

No, PIP will not be contacted with the outcome of your WCA. PIP is a completely different benefit.

If you don't go through with the WCA you would not need to work full time. If you're a single person as long as your earnings are more than £892/month you would not be expected to look for work or do more work.

Okay thank you for the advice poppy123456. This is one of the reasons I've gone ahead with it despite my dad telling me not too. Do you think coyld possibly be put in the lcw group if im in work but can't work full time due to my mental health?i just wanted to say thank you poppy123456 for the support

You're welcome. Once the decision is made it will be either LCW, LCWRA or fit for work. If you're not happy with whatever the decision is you can challenge it by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. People do work and are still found to have LCW and even LCWRA.

That’s awful advice you’ve had there from the scope helpline and it’s very concerning to me!!

As I keep advising PIP and the WCA are 2 completely different benefits and one doesn’t affect the other in a bad way. For this reason it will not affect your PIP.

OKaay what the lady said is that if dwp think my condition has improved from a wca then that can impact pip im honest to go at the end of my tether is this correct please?

They are not linked and are completely different so no it’s not true.

OKay so even if the worst happens and dwp puts me in the fit for work group then my pip won't stop or be reduced? everything I've said in both forms are the truth what the lady also mentioned us that they could cross reference what I said in my pip claim to what I've said in my uc50 form?

No, your PIP will not stop regardless what the decision will be on the WCA. I really don’t know what else to advise here other than what I keep advising.
