I don’t know how to use benefit calculatorYou don't need a care assessment when applying for PIP. You will most likely need an assessment from health assessment providers who will ask you questions related to your health condition and how this affects your daily life.A benefits calculator will not help with a PIP claim. You're already claiming Universal Credit and this has replaced all the old benefits. Have you asked your work coach about referring you for the work capability assessment yet? If not then you really need to do that.0 -

@Alex_Scope this place where i live is from private landlord0

You don't have to put up with it, the first thing to do is collect evidence, keep a diary, dates, times etc. You don't have to deal with it by yourself.

@rebel11 i was kindly asking the person who lives above me if she could change her shoes because she make a noise and she said that she wears slippers that’s not truth , how can i prove it
there is a note downstairs from management to all people who lives here with the request to close the door quietly and about noise from car park
my bed is on the wall which is next to the communal stairs
this is not a council flat , it’s from a private landlord
I didn’t have enough strength to find another flat myself i was having a mental block and fatigue decision regarding to my work ( i did work a lot a had a lot of responsibilities) and the things which happened in my life at the same time together everything
i have only universal credit0 -
The problem with flats is that there will always be some noise from those living above you, regardless of what they wear on their feet. Everyday things like, boiling the kettle, pulling the flush, general talking, TV noises. Unfortunately, you can't stop people doing everyday things like walking around their home.I lived in a flat a few years ago and the person above me lived alone but i could hear everything he did. When his father visited i could hear them talking in the living room. It wasn't nice at all but there was nothing i could do because he wasn't doing anything wrong, other than living his life.Have you tried looking for somewhere else to live? I realise this won't be easy but only you can change where you live. You can also put your name down on your social housing waiting list (but there could be a very long wait)I remember in another thread you had some advice to refer yourself for a needs assessment, did you ever do this? There could be some help and support available to you but if you don't refer yourself, you'll never receive the help. Link here. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/social-care-and-support-guide/help-from-social-services-and-charities/getting-a-needs-assessment/Did you start a claim for PIP?

i felt like mentally and psychically drained here , there is no chance to get a council flat here it a very busy borough in London
the person above me she does wear hills after 11 about midnight and sometimes about 1 am and there is a wooden floor
there is a note downstairs with the request to close the door quietly but people still slamming the door
the neighbour who lives below me this lady was crying a few months ago when we had a conversation because about the noise
i didn’t start the claim for pip yet the date is extended0 -
i did receive the pip form but it’s not possible for me to fill it myself
i know that i will not get any better in this place where i live
there is a person who does do the renovations in his flat during the night
i was trying to watch movies to distract myself i was watching a woman of substance, a very beautiful movie
escape from sobibor
Schindler list recently
my subconscious reminded me when my grandfather took me to concentration camp when i was a girl to visit and to learn about the history
