With the wooden floors in the flat upstairs i'm not surprised it's noisey. Did you refer yourself for a needs assessment?

i was asking gp about it
this person is noisy about 1am0 -
Another neighbour does the renovations during at night
On Sunday as well
there is a note downstairs with the request to kindly close the door quietly but people still slamming the door0 -
You need to refer yourself because going through a GP will often take longer. You can refer yourself through this link here. https://www.gov.uk/apply-needs-assessment-social-services The sooner you do that, the sooner someone will come out to assess you. With the noise from upstairs all i can suggest is to try to speak to them again. Is it just noise from walking? or loud music?

Sorry to hear that you still haven't resolved issue with your neighbour @Agnia.
Did you reach out to Citizen's Advice?0 -

I totally understand the issues you're having where you live but if you don't help yourself the help will not find you. You need to start by referring yourself for a needs assessment. Once this is done maybe you can start looking for somewhere else to live.If you continue to live in flats with people above you then you may find that you'll always have some noise from others because it's all part of living in flats.1

i have only uc
i was writing about the noise at 1am and the renovations during the whole night
everything is very expensive how can i find another place if im not even able to cook for myself i have no interest even if i would like to do it then i don’t feel it
and i will not survive in home care
im really quiet i wouldn’t never wear hills if i knew that people live below me i promise i know that i wouldn’t do that to disturb neighbours during the night
my uc50 form is sent now im sure that the will give me zero points
i was working since i came to uk and im scared to death about my situation everything is very expensive in London i don’t remember when i went outside0 -
i will die in home care it will be too much for me i know this0
-
You won't need to go into a care home. That's not what the needs assessment will be about. It will be to find out how your conditions affect you and whether some extra help can be offered.

Its really noisy here from air planes

i cannot open the window i cannot cope with the noise it’s too much0
-
That sounds really difficult and overwhelming @Agnia. Is there anything which usually helps you to cope with loud noises? For me, it has to be using my headphones loud enough to block out other noises1
