@Agnia
I’m sorry for how your feeling, but there’s really nothing anyone can do, we have all tried to offer you support and advice.
But it has to be you that contacts the people for the help.
Nothing will change unless you do this.
Again I’m sorry and I hope you reach out and get help.
Take care ❤️0 -
Yes I understand that, but you need to reach out for the help, as unfortunately nobody will come and offer help, unless you ask.0

You keep saying you live in London and it’s very noisy, we know this.We’ve given you advice but you haven’t done anything to help yourself. We simply can’t do those things for you, the only person that can do it is yourself.1

@poppy123456 im broken about my situation was trying to call 08009172222 but i did choose a wrong button0

Hi @Agnia when you feel ready, do you think you could call the number again? To start a new PIP claim you'll need to call: 0800 917 2222.
If you like, you can also start a claim by post.0 -

When you do ring to start a claim they will ask you some questions as part of the PIP1 process so you'll need things like NI number, postcode, address, bank details, GP name and whether you agree for them to be contacted (they rare do) You can see a sample of the form they use for this when making the claim. https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/948743/pip-claim-form.pdfThe call should take about 15 minutes. If you apply by post the process will be longer.

Lisa, several members have continued to advise them. As members, we can't physically help this person, we can only point them in the right direction. If they referred their self for a needs assessment then that would be the first step to getting some help. Link here. https://www.gov.uk/apply-needs-assessment-social-services
