An OT is an Occupational Therapist who will visit you in your home and do an assessment for your needs. From that assessment they will decide if there's any help out there available to you. Did you read the link i posted? It really does help to read the links because there's lots of useful information in them.

If you do the referral you will be known to social services and if needed they will hopefully put you in touch with people that can help you
It may also help if you look for any Polish community groups in your area they may be able to offer support . You can search om Google1 -

Not impossible but very difficult. You were given some links to refer yourself for a needs assessment quite a few times, have you done that yet?

Hi @Agnia! Ahhh I really feel for you. Yes it can be lonely living on your own. Have you ever thought of getting a pet like a cat for companionship? Also sometimes people find solace in church services where they can meet new people. I know some charities have telephone befriending and host social events for people to meet up for fun activities. And joining a gym, library group or educational class may give you the chance to do something you enjoy and connect with other people around you ❤️0

I totally understand you really want to move but you have to help yourself. Several members have tried to help you on all of your threads and you haven’t moved forward with anything that anyone has advised you with.It just takes a few minutes to refer yourself for a needs assessment. The wait maybe at least 6 months, possibly longer so the sooner you do that the sooner you will be contacted.1

@poppy123456 yes i haven’t moved with anything
im reading about pip now and have no idea how i can answer the questions they ask from the form
Even when you asked me instead of writing that I’m sending i did write that I was sending

Lots of people have given you lots of really good advice on here but you don't seem to have tried any of them.
Nobody is going to come knocking on your door with the help you need unless you take the first step.
You need to ring or contact online one of the organisations that have been recommended to you.
I know you are scared to do this but you must be brave. Once you have taken the first step it will get easier. We are all here to support you but YOU must make that first contact.2
